The Policy  states that:

• A customer can place a cancellation request for an order before it gets shipped from our end. If it is already shipped, the customer sends us a return request.
• The Order can be cancelled within 10 minutes of the Order being placed.
• No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts and offers.
• After the successful cancellation, the money will be returned within five working days.
• If any customer cannot send us a request within the given time and the Order is still not shipped from our side. Then the customer also can send us a cancellation request. However, 10%-15% order processing cost might get deducted from the value of the product. ( Deduction percentage will depend upon the Dimension of the product).
